    The new clinic will open in mid April with training and shadowing to occur before this date.

    Join our team at Latitude Therapy's Early Intervention ABA Clinic. This is position is for our brand new, state-of-the-art clinic at Lindbergh and St. Charles Rock Road. You will be working with children with Autism ages 2 to 6. Latitude Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy while increasing access to care utilizing innovative programs and technology. Full-time opportunities are available NOW Registered Behavior Technicians receive a $500 sign-on bonus, $250 sign-on bonus those who are not registered.

    Responsibilities
    • Direct Client Interaction: Work closely with children, applying behavior analysis principles with a focus on the Natural Environment Training (NET) based goals to address target behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
    • Implementation of Behavior Plans: Execute behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs, ensuring fidelity and consistency in application to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain detailed data on client progress and behavior responses during sessions, contributing valuable information for ongoing assessment and intervention adjustments.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, other disciplines, and families, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
    Requirements
    • Collaborative Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with families.
    • Passion for Early Childhood Development: Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their developmental progress.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various environments and situations, ensuring flexibility in implementing behavior plans in diverse settings
    • Reliability : Dependability in fulfilling responsibilities and tasks
    • Professionalism : Recognizing the impact of punctuality and genuine consideration for the time and commitments of others
    Work Experience/Education
    • RBT certification preferred (We cover all the costs: 40 hours of coursework, competency exam, plus the cost of the RBT exam registration)
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in the delivery of ABA services is preferred but not required
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Reliable transportation/carry car insurance
