Position Available: Warehouse Associate

Are you passionate about handling incoming shipments and ensuring smooth logistics processes? Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in inspecting, organizing, and maintaining inventory.

Receive incoming shipments and efficiently unpack and store items.
Inspect freight to ensure quality and accuracy.
Pick and pack orders based on customer specifications.
Handle material handling tasks and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Utilize SAP for inventory management and contribute to inventory audits.
Maintain and enhance 5S standards for warehouse organization.
Support continuous improvement efforts for material flow within the facility.
Be prepared for overtime shifts with short notice.
Complete other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Ability to interpret written instructions and labels accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and capacity to multitask effectively.
Basic mathematical skills for inventory management.
Familiarity with Bosch products is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of basic computer operations.
Capability to learn and operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
