    Description

    Duties:

    • Work with and resolve escalated helpdesk requests from managed service provider
    • Provide support for AV equipment and meetings (in-person & virtual)
    • Image and deploy new user setups (Computer & Desk setup)
    • Inventory and software management of IT assets including asset auditing.
    • Help with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, MDM systems
    • Help support and manage Windows and Apple environment

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in a related field
    • Microsoft Certifications are a plus

    Languages:
    English( Speak, Read, Write )


    Certifications & Licenses:
    Certifications are a plus


    Skills:

    • Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting
    • Experience with supporting mobile devices such iPhones, iPads, Android with an Mobile Device
    Manager (MDM)


    • Experience with Active Directory operations
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems

    Minimum Degree Required:
    Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
