- Work with and resolve escalated helpdesk requests from managed service provider
- Provide support for AV equipment and meetings (in-person & virtual)
- Image and deploy new user setups (Computer & Desk setup)
- Inventory and software management of IT assets including asset auditing.
- Help with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, MDM systems
- Help support and manage Windows and Apple environment
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting mobile devices such iPhones, iPads, Android with an Mobile Device
- Experience with Active Directory operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems
