Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Wall Township, NJ
Salary: $20 per hour
Language Preference: Hindi or Punjabi speaking preferred
Shifts Available: Two shifts available - 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm
Availability: Shifts available seven days per week
Job Type: Flexible hours, live-in option available

Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Wall Township, NJ. The ideal candidates will have experience working with geriatric patients and possess fluency in Hindi or Punjabi. Homemakers with a passion for caregiving are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
• Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities with the patient to promote social and cognitive development.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to both the patient and their family members.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of New Jersey.
• Fluent in Hindi or Punjabi preferred.
• Previous experience working with geriatric patients is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
