    We have an opening in our Accounting department and are seeking a motivated, energetic and experienced accounting representative to join our team

    Pay Range and Benefits:

    • Starting hourly pay rate is $15 to $16 per hour depending on experience
    • Hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour paid lunch
    • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 90 days

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Create invoices for completed installs
    • Enter payments
    • Make outbound calls for past due and collection accounts
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Update spreadsheets and CRM
    • Use templates to draft correspondence and other formal documents

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounting general office/clerical or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
