    Job Description

    You in The Role and on The Team: In this role you are a highly motivated Delivery Manager from a Consulting firm who is interested in helping our startup excel. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our warehouse automation solutions delivery and support to customers. You have the ability to dive deep into the warehousing industry and support building relationships across clients and prospects.

    A Day in the Life
    • Managing system implementations for current and future clients.
    • Use project management methods to organize the work and drive and track progress
    • Facilitate delivery by establishing daily and weekly goals and KPIs
    • Understand customer needs and capture detailed requirements for engineering
    • Interface closely with Engineering to create estimates
    • Negotiate with existing customers to clarify and maintain project scope
    • Define change requests to improve customer systems, including pricing, working with engineering on estimates.
    • Work with Sales team to take over once contract is signed to drive implementation.
    • Leading the customer success (technical support) organization
    • Operational support of customer issues.
    • Link delivery to strategy, balancing these perspectives and helping others do so as well
    • Understand business value of technology and be able to draft or update business cases including ROI and prioritization
    • Project management including managing launch readiness and transition to support
    Qualifications

    Key success factors
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience communicating with executives as well as technical and operations staff.
      • Strong Program Management skills-proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
      • Experience with warehouse automation
      • Experience with creating/changing SOW's and contracts.
      • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
      • Designing and implementing consulting methodologies to create repeatable engagements and reusable templates
      • This role will require Travel up to 70% of the time
    Nice to Have
      • Experience with Change Management
      • Managing Support organizations
      • Technical experience- HW or SW within the WMS or Robotics industry

    The Salary: $140,000- $160,000
