    $286,980 - $337,260 – Board Eligible

    Recruitment and Retention Bonus available for clinicians newly hired with California Correctional Health Care Services

  • Recruitment and Retention Bonus available for clinicians newly hired with CCHCS has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for every year of service (years 1-7)
  • Current clinicians with more than 7 years of service will receive a one-time payment of $10,000

    • Physicians practicing within a Psychiatric Inpatient Program receive an extra 15% Stipend of Base Pay

    This is a 12 month Limited-Term position that may be extended to 24 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.
