    Job Description:

    The Automation Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying, evaluating & implementing automation solutions, in addition to partnering with the relevant stakeholders to implement automation solutions, where required. You will leverage tools such as Selenium, Cucumber or relevant functional test tools with Java, Java Script or Python to help achieve and deliver desired results and experiences.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Build, maintain, and enhance automation artifacts leveraging Selenium, Java, Maven, TestNG, Rest Assured API (Application Programming Interface), GIT (Global Information Tracker version control system), and Jenkins
    • Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, Ability to implement change, Understanding cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software practices (e.g., containerization on Docker or Kubernetes)
    • Provide technical expertise throughout the software lifecycle including design, implementation, and delivery, with a focus on software testing and metrics.
    • Strong Team player abilities and Quick Learner, enthusiastic to learn new concepts and technologies.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on competing priorities & Ability to work as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and knowledge across the team
    • High proficiency in developing and delivering automation solutions using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and similar tool sets.
    • Strong communication, collaboration skills with experience engaging with project teams and regional operational teams.
    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in Quality Assurance automation toolsets such as Selenium and Cucumber
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related stream from accredited institution
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in automation
    • Hands-on experience in automation testing using REST API, Database, JMeter.
    • Experience with swift, xml (Extensible Markup Language) messages and MQ (Message Queue) messaging setups
    • Experience in non-functional testing such as load testing, along with testing experience in Windows, UNIX or LINUX environment
    • Working experience in using IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE (integrated development environment)
    • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Version Control tools
    • Demonstrated experience in implementing agile practices like Test Driven Design / Behavior Driven Development
    • Experience in developing User Interface using AngularJS , ReactJS and knowledge of database management
    • Demonstrated experience with providing Quality Assurance automation solutions in an agile environment within a large team

    • Knowledge in Securities Services business - Custody, Exchange Traded funds, Fund Services platforms
