- Offer individualized guidance to ensure correct form, technique, and safety.
- Inspire members to set goals, challenge themselves, and see tangible progress.
- Create engaging workout routines to keep participants motivated on their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized workout space with proper equipment setup and hygiene.
- Stay informed about industry trends, safety measures, and best practices in boxing and fitness.
- Hold a certification as a Boxing Instructor or Personal Trainer with expertise in boxing (e.g., USA Boxing certification, NASM Boxing Fitness Specialist).
- Demonstrated experience teaching boxing to individuals of varying fitness levels.
- Deep understanding of boxing fundamentals, techniques, and training methods.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire others effectively.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and assisting others in reaching their objectives.
- Preferably possess CPR/AED certification.
