Cross Country Education is actively seeking two dedicated Special Education Teachers eager to make a profound, real-world impact in a highly supportive school environment focused on student excellence for the remainder of the '25-'26 school year
Position Overview:
- Lead the full lifecycle of comprehensive Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tailoring goals to maximize student potential in grades 5th-6th or K-12.
- Deliver engaging direct instruction using evidence-based techniques to advance academic and developmental milestones.
- Implement data-driven assessment cycles to monitor progress and proactively adjust instructional strategies for continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Connecticut Certification in Special Education (Preferred)
- Candidates currently In the Process of obtaining their Special Education Certification are eligible to apply.
- 3+ years of experience in Special Education (Preferred)
