Job summary
The OCS Supervisor is responsible for organizing and scheduling in the most efficient manner the production activities as well as the work flow of the assembly lines and assignment of trained associates to each work station; ensures that OFS Carrollton and customer specifications are met; assists associates with troubleshooting makes decisions when there are production process material training or paperwork problems administers company policies and procedures administers disciplinary action as required Reviews and completes paperwork to ensure accurate recording of daily output levels employee work time Specifically Supports the shop daily including but not limited to load leveling priority assessment insuring on time delivery of customer orders Coordinate maintain e-time for all shop personnel Resource allocations associated with standard overtime operations Be a champion advocate of quality safety Serve as a backup for Warehouse Supervisor production control Conduct quarterly annual inventory Monitor improve cycle count discrepancies Resolve SAP issues receiving shipping RMA cycle count errors product bin allocation NCM warehouse back movements Ensure OCS complaint respect safety conducting monthly safety reviews requesting maintenance work orders Actively participate A3 projects Lean Kaizen initiatives Complete special projects yield improvements process/procedural improvements
