The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store including overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation sales and inventory management employee staffing training development financial management customer service leadershipLead others and work effectively with store crews supervise assign direct activities of the store's crew effectively communicate information to store crew supervisors in an open timely manner support Store Manager actions plans for operational service improvement assist customers questions problems complaints promote CVS customer service culture greet offer help thank deductive reasoning ability advanced analytical skills computer skills advanced communication skills leadership supervision influencing skill ability work full-time flexible schedule overtime respond urgent issues arise experience retail manager supervisor education high school diploma equivalent required anticipated weekly hours 40 time type full-time pay range $37.04 this pay range represents base hourly rate or base annual salary position falls actual base salary offer depend variety factors including experience education geography other relevant factors our people fuel future teams reflect customers patients members communities serve committed fostering workplace colleagues feel valued belong great benefits great people take pride comprehensive competitive mix pay benefits investing physical emotional financial wellness colleagues families help them be healthiest they can be
