Job summary
The Electronic Billing (eBilling) Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the firm's eBilling processes in accordance with Firm guidelines and client guidelines.This position involves involvement in general administrative and accounting support tasks, preparation of client eBilled invoices, submission through eBilling Hub or a client's preferred eBilling vendor(s), managing electronic invoice submissions to ensure timely and successful submission and approval.
The ideal candidate will have B.S. or B.A., in accounting or finance preferred,
Approximately two to three years of experience in a service-related field Legal experience preferred.
Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation Proficiency in the Firm's software and hardware including 3E (Elite), BI Excel Word Outlook photocopiers Effective verbal written communication skills; demonstrate clear concise knowledge of business English all written verbal communications Ability to organize prioritize numerous tasks complete them under time constraints strong organizational skills Demonstrates responsiveness tact diplomacy good judgment confidentiality communications all levels personnel clients outside vendors Strong commitment Accounting Department customer service function within Firm ability operate effectively cooperatively within Accounting Department enable department function cohesively provide excellent customer service within Firm #INDGB #ZR
