The MDS Coordinator (LPN, RN) is responsible for overseeing the resident assessment and care planning process and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations related to resident assessments, quality of care and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.- Conduct and complete the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment to evaluate residents' physical, psychological and functional status.
