    Description

    • The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of high-end commercial interiors projects from start to completion. Project values can range from $500k - $20M+
    • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and internal staff
    • Responsible for project organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client
    • Manage project plans from preconstruction to completion
    • Establish checklists for inspections and SOPs
    • Work in coordination with field personnel to implement and enforce quality control standards
    • Administer work inspections to ensure that quality and performance standards are being met

    Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
    • +/- 5-10 years industry of experience
    • Demonstrated history of overseeing high-end commercial interiors projects from start to close-out
    • Project values can range from $500k - $20M+
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and other project management software
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
    • Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
