    Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating nationwide team events, meetings, and conferences that align with our mission and goals. This position involves meticulous planning, collaboration with internal teams, vendor liaison, and event management to ensure seamless execution.

    A successful candidate must be able to:

    • Coordinate the nationwide team event schedule, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities.
    • Plan and manage various logistics for meetings and events, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and catering.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event plans that effectively communicate the value of our solar products and connect with consumer needs.
    • Identify, select, and liaise with vendors to ensure all logistical elements, such as AV equipment, signage, and catering, are coordinated effectively.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members attending events.
    • Work closely with internal teams and venue on-site contacts to oversee event program execution and set-up schedules.
    • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and documentation related to event planning and execution.
    • Gather feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the success of events, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements for future events.

    A successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to effectively coordinate nationwide events, meetings, and logistics.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with company objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel nationwide as required for events.
    • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
