    Description

    Position: Human Resources Specialist


    Company: Confidential



    • Works with a select client base to address HR needs and ensure client satisfaction with products and services.
    • Acts as the main point of contact for HR services and maintains strong relationships with clients.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to deliver quality customer service and support.

    Responsibilities:


    • Provides consultative guidance to clients both remotely and in-person for issue resolution.
    • Partners with internal departments to address client concerns efficiently.
    • Offers advice on Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and other HR areas.
    • Assists PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup and benefit plan selection.
    • Interprets and communicates HR policies, providing solutions for employee relations issues.
    • Conducts turnover analysis, action planning, and offers unemployment assistance.
    • Stays updated on HR trends and conducts training when necessary.
    • Promotes high-quality customer service to clients.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 1-3 years of HR experience or equivalent.
    • Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of Multi-Site Organizational and Multi-State Employment Law is preferred.
    • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

    Compensation:


    In the spirit of transparency, the starting base pay range for this role is $36.57 hourly.

    Please note that this range is base pay only and does not include other components of the total rewards package.

    Final compensation at Paychex is based on various factors such as location, skills, education, and experience.
