    Overview:
    We are seeking a Project Administrator to enhance our Project Management Team's efficiency.

    This role involves supporting project managers through effective communication, coordination, and management of documentation, ensuring adherence to project and organizational standards.

    The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing project documentation, assisting with project-related communications, and maintaining compliance with company and project requirements.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Serve as a key support in administrative coordination, communication, and document management for designated projects.


    Aid in preparing and managing reports, project schedules, budgeting, progress evaluations, billing processes, bid preparations, change orders, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), compliance checks, and project closeout documents.

    Generate Purchase Orders using company-specific software to procure project materials.


    Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members both internally and externally, including field staff, vendors, subcontractors, general contractors, and different departments within the organization.

    Initiate project setups in relevant systems and programs.


    Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of project-related submittals, RFIs, change orders, delay claims, permits, and other essential logs in accordance with organizational standards.

    Maintain and update various project logs, reports, and templates.

    Organize and facilitate meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and the distribution of meeting notes, following organizational protocols.

    Uphold the company's health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

    Perform additional tasks as required.

    Technical Proficiencies:
    Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.

    Experience with APEX, BambooHR, PTS, and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate software.

    Typing speed of 65-70 words per minute.


    Education and Experience:
    A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

    At least three years of related experience or training in a similar role.
