- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 10-12 journeymen electricians and helpers.
- Oversee the installation of conduit and wire, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Minimum of five years of experience as an electrician, with extensive knowledge of conduit and wire installation.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, overseeing teams of electricians and helpers.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid electrician's license and any other relevant certifications.
- Ability to work four ten-hour shifts.
- Experience working in Baldwin and Mobile counties.
