    A well known commercial General Contractor that specializes in mid to high value commercial construction is prepared to add an experienced PreConstruction Manager to their organization.

    This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking for a stable ground-up general contractor with room to grow This office is experiencing steady growth and is one of the premiere contractors in the region.

    They pride themselves on providing clients with the best service possible and are interviewing for mid to senior level Estimators and PreConstruction Managers.

    Although their projects have grown in size and complexity their core values have not. They are dedicated to hiring employees who are aligned with their values. They invest in their employees long-term by building a solid support system through open communication, mentorship, team collaboration. Construction projects are diverse including heathcare, retail, office, warehouse, etc; and range in values from $15-60+ million per build.
    Estimating Role
    Work with Design and Build team to develop a cost basis for ground-up construction projects
    Direct daily activities related to pre-construction estimating
    Coordinate and communicate with Leadership and Project Management
    Review and approve all subcontractor bids

    Estimator Qualifications:
    Construction Management Degree or equivalent experience
    Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor
    Demonstrated experience ground-up projects over $15 million.
    Proficiency with estimating and project management software
    Extensive people skills
