    We are seeking a Batch Mixer to be employed within a food manufacturing environment.

    The ideal candidate would need to have a flexible schedule. Typically the hours are mid morning until early evening. Although schedule would need to be fluid based on production needs and scheduling.

    First shift hours are 5:30 am-2:30 pm or 6 am-3 pm (depending on what product is running that day) . There is a possiblility of rotating every other Saturday during peak season.

    Prior Food Manufacturing Experience are strongly encouraged to apply

    Job Duties:

    • Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle.
    • Clean and sterilize vats and factory processing areas.
    • Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, according to formulas or recipes.
    • Able to follow work instructions meticulously in proper order, using correct ingredients and measurements.
    • Heavy lifting may be required - up to 50 lbs.
    • Computer skills
    • Mechanically inclined

    First shift hours are 5:30 am-2:30 pm 6 am-3 pm. rotate every other Saturday during peak season. For the mixer operator it would need to be someone that can do a lot of lifting (often heavy 50 lbs), common sense, mechanically inclined, have computer knowledge, able to follow work instructions meticulously in the proper order and using correct ingredients (very important) Someone dependable and shows up to work on time with good attendance. Someone that can get along well with others. Capable of doing manual work. Mixing experience would be a plus Hope this helps
