We are seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineering Supervisor to join our Protein and Salt business, delivering wholesome, high-quality food products to customers across food service, retail, manufacturing, and export markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning equipment layouts, workflows, and safety systems to maximize plant efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field OR equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of related engineering or reliability experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Automation, Electrical, or Instrumentation (AEI)
