Goodwill of the Heartland is the place for you We are looking to hire a Part-time (Weekends Only) Retail Service Specialist for our Cedar Rapids West StoreThe Retail Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to everyone they encounterOur associates will assist customers at checkout with sales, price and stock merchandise, process donations to meet production goals for the sales floor or our warehouse and assist with keeping the store clean and organized.
Position Requirements:
Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, though the average weight of donation processing is 20 lbs.
Must be able to bend, push, pull, and stand.
Retail experience is preferred but not required.
Successful completion of the background screening (sex offender registry)
The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of $14.19 per hour, plus incentive pay based on the store's performance.
Saturday shifts will either be from 12:
00 pm to 5:00 pm or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, and Sunday shifts from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
