- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- Adapt to changing menu items and special requests while maintaining efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (6:00 AM start time).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Wear all black attire and slip-resistant shoes.
- Organize, set up, and deliver requested catering services to specific locations or conference rooms.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing efficient and attentive service.
- Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless catering operations.
- Previous experience in catering or food service preferred but not required.
- Wear a black button shirt, black dress pants, and black slip-proof shoes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Thursday.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, food pans, and equipment as required.
