    About the Job and Company:

    As a part of Blue Origin's diverse team, you will be involved in the development and deployment of manufacturing test equipment for spaceflight systems. You will contribute to the enhancement of rocket engines and play a crucial role in making space more accessible. Your work will be instrumental in advancing the company's vision of enabling millions to live and work in space.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with Tester Hardware and Software Engineers
    • Building harnessing and load box assemblies
    • Maintaining and calibrating Test Systems
    • Improving test procedures and processes
    • Troubleshooting Test Systems, Instrumentation, and Software
    • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the avionics test lab
    • Managing test system configurations
    • Qualifying test systems at suppliers

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of experience in electronics test systems
    • Assembly or manufacturing experience
    • Technical degree or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
    • Experience with electronic test instruments and software
    • Knowledge of best practices like 5S, ESD, FOD, and Tool Control
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to lead and train technicians
    • Basic electronics knowledge
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements

    Desired:

    • 4+ years of experience in aerospace industry
    • Experience with manufacturing test systems for avionics
