    About the Role

    We are looking for a talented Cloud Operations Engineer to oversee and enhance our cloud infrastructure. Your role will involve ensuring the highest levels of availability, scalability, and security for our AI-driven healthcare platform. You will work closely with developers, SREs, and data teams to optimize deployments and system performance.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
    • Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts, while utilizing monitoring tools effectively.
    • Optimize cloud service performance and cost efficiency.
    • Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards, including HIPAA and SOC2 compliance.
    • Troubleshoot incidents and provide on-call support as necessary.
    • Collaborate on infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives to streamline operations.

    What We Are Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
    • Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure, along with relevant tools.
    • Experience with CI/CD, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform).
    • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC2.
    • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and collaborative skills.
    • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

    Compensation:

    The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and preferences regarding cash and equity. We believe in offering generous equity grants, enabling our team to share in the impact we create.
