Job summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Duties include assist customers with questions and recommendations manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register maintain security of cash and protect company assets keep the store well-stocked recover merchandise ensure a positive safe and respectful environment maintaining professional friendly interactions with customers associates leaders clean the store including cleaning restocking bathrooms sweeping mopping floors taking out trash ensuring all areas are neat presentable other duties as assigned
Skills And ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery drug store environment is highly preferred ability to follow instructions interpret operational documents required must be able to lift between 30-50 lbs meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting excellent customer service relationship management skills required strong organizational communication skills problem-solving decision-making skills required
