We are looking for someone with passion for beauty sales skills excellent communication interpersonal organizational goal-driven multi-tasking ability flexible retail schedule availability willingness to work independently as part of fast-paced team flexibility adaptability ability maintain professional appearance at all times training certification ear-piercing services provided bilingual English Spanish preferred high school diploma or equivalent required education background equal preference not required physical abilities support essential functions role including stand move throughout store majority time provide excellent customer service beauty consulting able stoop kneel crouch reach grasp objects objects lower shelves perform duties manual dexterity e.g. ear piercing
