As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, we are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead our admissions department and call center operations.
Oversee the daily operations of the admissions department, ensuring efficient management of incoming and outgoing calls.Lead, train, and manage admissions staff, fostering an environment of professionalism and continuous improvement.
Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns, closely monitoring KPIs and metrics to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Utilize and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to align admissions strategies with overall business goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions management, preferably in a healthcare or substance abuse treatment setting.
Proven track record of managing successful Google PPC campaigns and a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
Strong experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and management.Commitment to the mission of helping individuals in recovery from substance abuse.
