Looking For:4+ years of Revenue or Partnership Operations experience at an established B2B SaaS company, preferably a startupExperience in GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, forecasting/insight tools) and analytics tools (Excel, SQL)Ability to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher level strategyAnalytical rigor, ability to support decisions with data, and ability to draw insights from disparate information sourcesA self-starter mentality, with the ability to drive work from conceptualization, to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementationThis role is operating on a hybrid work model.
We are requiring 3 days a week (~12 per month with 2 of those being Fridays) to be spent working in our San Francisco or Palo Alto office.
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need.
To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.Pay Range$86,250-$150,000 USD
