Gridiron IT is seeking a Solutions Architect to support a 100% remote opportunity.The solutions architect is responsible for creating and implementing the product architecture.
The architect should be hands-on, steering solution engineering team to deliver on both functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring future product evolution with minimal changes.
Architect also manages all the technical aspects of software development, such as design, coding, integration and implementation; conduct code reviews to make sure standards and design patterns are adhered to; provide direction to team members on coding approaches and troubleshoot any problems that occur.
End to end ownership of every component and service within the product ecosystem across all phases of the development ? Assist and guide development teams on their technical implementations, thereby removing impediments and increasing developer productivity ? Assist and guide deployment of the features developed ? Provide system architecture design for hosting the features developed ? Communicate and evangelize architectural and design to ensure team's adherence to those standards ? Implement and enforce the best practices and coding standards to reduce technical debt ? Conduct code reviews to validate design and minimize postproduction issues ? Proactively identify technical gaps and limitations in existing solutions; create plans and workstreams to bridge those gaps ? Participate in architecture council to drive innovation and standardization across product streams.
