Job DescriptionA hospital in Hendersonville, TN is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Operating Room RN to join their teamCheck out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Hospital - OR

Location: Hendersonville, TN

Schedule: Full-time days, 10-hour or 12-hour shifts

Pay: Competitive based on experience with weekend shift differential
Company-paid benefits: Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Accrual PTO, tuition reimbursement, Pet/Auto/Home insurance, Adoption Assistance, and more
Sign-on bonus: $8,000 paid quarterly with no commitment

The OR RN will be responsible for the following duties:

Assess plans and evaluate patient care needs to provide age and culturally appropriate care
Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well coordinated patient care and carry out physician orders
Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs; instruct and educate patients and families

REQUIREMENTS:

ASN or BSN, TN/compact RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent OR RN experience required
Current BLS
