Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality medical care to patients across various clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for providing compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, taking into account individual patient needs and treatment goals.
Perform a wide range of medical procedures, such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgical interventions, under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms, to aid in the diagnosis and management of medical conditions.
Provide patient education and counseling on preventive healthcare measures, treatment options, and medication management.
Document patient encounters accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate communication among healthcare providers.
Stay abreast of current medical literature, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines to inform clinical decision-making and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
State licensure as a Physician Assistant, in good standing, with the ability to practice independently within the scope of practice defined by state regulations.
