    Role Description
    This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our client's websites. They specialize in organizing and structuring information to ensure a logical and user-friendly flow within a website. This will be done through strategically developing new website user experiences, architectures, sitemapping, and maintaining current site content structures. In addition, the individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management needs of all current sites. MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS.

    Responsibilities
    Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
    Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
    Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
    Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
    Work closely with copy writing team to ensure site plan adherence.
    Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
    Assist with over all website site architecture and site mapping. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
    Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
    Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
    Build out page structure and add content to WordPress backend/CMS as needed on all new websites.

    Assist Web Department in daily tasks including but not limited to, adding blog post, page content edits, adding new pages to existing sites and their structures.

    Strategically work with internal teams to ensure all new content is added to existing sites.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
    3+ years' of experience in design
    Proficient in visual design and wire-framing tools
    Basic understanding and use of HTML/CSS
