Job summary

We are seeking a motivated individual with an information technology related degree or someone who has recently earned IT certifications who has professional IT technical support experience. This position could be a great opportunity for you Our client is seeking to hire several technical support analysts within their enterprise service desk.

Qualifications

  • • Must have at least 4 + years experience working in technical support whether it be Service Desk, Desktop Support or PC Technician work
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
