Responsibilities
- Collaborates with UITS staff to resolve technical incidents or fulfill service requests Learns to perform installations and/or configurations of hardware ensures user devices AV equipment connect with network wi-fi associated peripherals Learns identifies individual component failures replaces computer audio video control system components Provides technical customer service assistance follows established procedures resolves user technical issues Learns documents appropriately escalates incidents Required Qualifications Educational Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Educational Qualifications Student currently enrolled seeking a degree Preferred Experience Information Technology Computer Science background preferred Proposed Salary Offers based on relevant experience.
