- Prepare complete and accurate proposal packages for municipality work by reviewing all proposal documents,
- Understand and evaluate project risks and communicate with team.
- Conduct turnover meetings and preconstruction meetings with project managers and superintendents.
- Work with the project team to build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Qualifications for Construction Estimator
- Knowledgeable and experienced working within dirt take off and estimating software required.
- Advanced computer skills with experience in MS Office and MS Project preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Georgia construction standards and specifications
