The Patient Access Technician (PAT) is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare responsible for ensuring accurate patient admission and registration.
This intermediate-level clerical position will allow you to apply your professional service-orientation good judgment and independent thinking in your daily work functions.
+Responsibilities
- You will assure complete and accurate patient admissions/registrations according to organization policy procedures regulatory requirements
- You will obtain inpatient bed assignments processes inpatient admission including arm banding addressograph plate completion of necessary forms
- You will pre-admit all scheduled inpatient outpatients ambulatory patients to facilitate a smooth speedy admission/registration process
