    Job Title:

    A Sales Team Member for Pediatric and Orthodontic Care

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team of dedicated orthodontic and dental experts. This individual will be responsible for presenting treatment plans, finding flexible financing options, and ensuring seamless patient care.

    We are a private pediatric office that prioritizes family care and treats each patient with compassion and respect. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and is committed to making a positive impact on our community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Presents pediatric and orthodontic treatment plans to parents in a clear and professional manner
    • Works closely with parents to find flexible financing options (e.g., Care Credit, in-house financial plans)
    • Coordinates appointments for large treatment plans with guidance from our doctors
    • Follows up with patients regarding treatment care

    Compensation and Benefits:

    We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus bonuses based on performance. Our benefits package includes health care benefits, paid time off, and sick pay.

    Schedule and Work Environment:

    This full-time position requires working Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. We prioritize work-life balance and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
