Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end test planning and execution across mechanical electrical firmware and software subsystems Develop and maintain system validation plans including environmental vibration EMI/EMC functional testing Oversee unit integration regression,system-level testing to ensure all components interfaces work as intended Oversee sensor calibration verification for laser inertial radar GPS vision-based measurement systems Design manage automated test rigs field validation programs for production prototype hardware Ensure product compliance applicable railway standards such as FRA 213 international track safety standards Canada Mexico Brazil UK Australia European Union Define firmware embedded system test plans communications CAN RS-485 Ethernet MQTT Collaborate with software engineers validate data synchronization API interfaces cloud analytics workflows Implement automated test frameworks edge devices web applications Ensure data accuracy traceability defect reporting ingestion processing pipelines Establish QA processes metrics dashboards prototype production release Lead root-cause analysis FMEA corrective/preventive actions CAPA for failures Manage vendor facilities consistency internal outsourced activities Maintain traceability requirements certification Azure DevOps
