We are seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and greeting members, patients, and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.- Uses computer database to confirm appointments and locate patients etc.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients families visitors and fellow employees.
- Promotes effective working relations works as part of a team to meet departmental goals objectives answers incoming telephone calls professionally courteously takes messages directing calls appropriate enhances experience for patients families visitors by providing hospitality concierge services acts initial greeter all patients visitors entering Main Front Lobby Emergency Department interacts with patients families visitors VIPs providing necessary assistance replenishes reading material waiting rooms conducts periodic rounds check people areas performs work equal skill responsibility directed including tasks higher lower responsibility needed attends required safety training programs understands responsibilities related general job-specific safety follows Hospital Exposure Control Plans Bloodborne Airborne Pathogens.
