    Job Description:


    The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting and possess excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, communicating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • To provide nursing care to patients by reviewing physician prescriptions, communicating with other members of the health care team, coordinating with other healthcare providers,
    • To develop nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining patients, documenting patient physical condition, psychological status,and influencing social factors;
    • To teach healthcare requirements by establishing patient care goals; instructing patient,family,and friends,to understand condition,medications,and self-care skills;
    • Evaluate patient outcomes against established standards.
