The Ascendancy Group's Mission To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical service and training-based solutions Overview The Ascendancy Group is seeking a highly qualified Senior Strategic Planner to support USCENTCOM's strategic planning policy development and exercise coordination efforts Roles Responsibilities Lead conduct all aspects of the Joint Operational Planning Process including Provide technical recommendations on joint planning execution systems exercise/training planning and joint doctrine Develop deliver strategic briefs to senior leaders on planning policy operational topics Evaluate coordinate USCENTOM strategies plans policies related to the USCENTOM Area of Responsibility Offer analysis recommendations for joint interagency multinational planning initiatives Support coordination between USCENTOM staff coalition regional partners for operations in the AOR Advise leadership on strategic regional concerns impacting planning policy Produce high-quality planning products including orders estimates analyses briefings for leadership review approval Position Requirements Graduate advanced warfighting programs Bachelor degree relevant field Minimum years of experience Strong understanding stratetgic processes municipal coordination Excellent communication briefing skills Preferred Experience working CENTCOM or CENTCOM AOR Familiarity interagency coalition environments Ability manage complex under tight timelines
