Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a background in utility-scale solar energy projects and a strong electrical foundation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all construction activities on utility-scale solar energy projects from conception to completion.
Supervise and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Review and interpret construction plans, electrical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and RFIs.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on utility-scale solar energy projects.
Strong background in electrical systems and equipment installation, including knowledge of NEC codes and standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, electrical drawings, and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
