    R&D IT Analyst (Solventum)

    As an R&D IT Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of engineering applications for Solventum, supporting the global R&D community. You will work closely with leading engineers and researchers worldwide to optimize application use, cost efficiency, and best practices.
    Here you will make an impact by:
    - Supporting engineers and researchers in maximizing application efficiency.
    - Optimizing application investments and designing cost recovery models.
    - Collaborating with leaders to define best practices and explore new technologies.
    - Facilitating training workshops and ensuring responsive support.
    - Ensuring applications are accessible in the high-performance computing environment.

    Your Skills and Expertise:

    - Bachelor's Degree or higher with computer administration experience.
    - Interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills.
    - Experience in a CAD/CAM/CAE environment and product/project management.
    - Ability to multitask, learn, and work independently.

    Travel:
    May include up to 5% domestic

    The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960. Specific compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a range of benefits.
