Day to Day:
As a Management Consultant for TARGUS, you will support our customers in solving complex issues along the entire value chain.
In interdisciplinary project teams, you will consistently develop implementation-oriented solutions and support your project at an operational level to lead the client to their desired result.
You will bring your skills to problem-solve in various contexts and industries - and expand your own horizons and network with each project.
Internally, you will participate in our mentorship program to actively sustain and improve our TARGUS culture.What we are looking for:
5+ years production/manufacturing experience, adaptable based on individual background
Advanced degree in STEM or STEM undergraduate degree with an MBA
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Inventory scheduling, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and/or Process Improvement
Ability to identify, develop, and sell project ideas to clients
Proficient in data analysis and implementation using tools such as Microsoft BI, Minitab, R, or Tableau
Operations expertise, leading complex work streams in intricate organizations
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional environments, with the ability to work independently
Intellectual curiosity and confidence in leading and motivating teams, while valuing teamwork
Emotional intelligence to engage with various levels of client hierarchy, from C-Suite Executives to line workers and openness to constructive dialogue
Eagerness to contribute to company growth, drive internal projects for TNA improvement, and embrace evolving culture
High willingness to travel (80-90%) for on-site project work.
