About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychometric Rater to join a leading clinical research organization. This site-based role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in psychometric assessments and research, who is passionate about contributing to high-quality clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities: - Administer and score psychometric assessments accurately and consistently.
- Conduct evaluations in alignment with study protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clinical research staff to support data collection and analysis.
- Maintain strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and internal procedures.
- Ensure all assessments and participant interactions are completed with the highest ethical standards.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Psychometric Rater.
- Research experience is a plus.
- Licensure: MA (required).
- Certifications: GCP (required).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work within established protocols.
- Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
