    Job DescriptionAn assisted living facility in Belleville, IL is currently seeking a full-time, permanent ADON to join their teamCheck out the details below:

    Title: Assistant Director of Nursing

    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

    Setting: Post-acute

    Location: Belleville, IL

    Schedule: Full-time days with on-call rotation

    Pay: Competitive based on experience, plus full benefits package


    The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) partners with and support the DON for the administration, management, and supervision of Nursing Services.

    Along with the DON, the ADON directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current regulations.

    The ADON will also assume the responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the DON.

    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Graduated from accredited nursing school
    • Must be RN licensed in IL
    • Must have long term care experience and minimum 2 years of recent nurse supervisory experience
