- Conducting modifications and perform minor repairs/upkeep on existing systems.
- Offering support and troubleshoot networking issues, along with providing general technical assistance.
- Associate degree in Computer Science/Technology or a similar field is required.
- Proficient in vSphere, network and firewall setup, IT support, server management, and help desk operations in a multi-server setup.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 experience is required.
- 2+ years of VMware infrastructure administration experience is required.
