- Design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable SAP S/4 HANA TMS architecture
- Lead project teams, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks
- Champion best practices and ensure solutions align with the IT long-term strategy
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable system configurations
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and SAP TM functionalities
- Analyze business processes and guide them through the full development lifecycle
- Educate others on TMS functionalities, workflows, and reporting metrics
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP EWM/TM solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM, including S/4 HANA implementations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of SAP TM master data, transportation networks, and freight execution processes
- Experience integrating SAP TM with other systems (e.g., EWM, LBN, Project 44)
- A passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SAP EWM
- Hands-on experience with SAP LBN, ABAP development, and Maxload integration
