    As the Lead SAP Transport Management (TMS) Architect and Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our transportation operations by overseeing the entire architecture and design of our SAP S/4 HANA TMS system. You'll be a thought leader, guiding the team in implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

    What you'll do:
    • Design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable SAP S/4 HANA TMS architecture
    • Lead project teams, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks
    • Champion best practices and ensure solutions align with the IT long-term strategy
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable system configurations
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and SAP TM functionalities
    • Analyze business processes and guide them through the full development lifecycle
    • Educate others on TMS functionalities, workflows, and reporting metrics
    • Manage relationships with internal and external partners
    We're looking for someone with:
    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP EWM/TM solutions
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM, including S/4 HANA implementations
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead high-performing teams
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
    • Strong understanding of SAP TM master data, transportation networks, and freight execution processes
    • Experience integrating SAP TM with other systems (e.g., EWM, LBN, Project 44)
    • A passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
    Bonus points if you have:
    • Experience with Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, and Agile methodologies
    • Knowledge of SAP EWM
    • Hands-on experience with SAP LBN, ABAP development, and Maxload integration
    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100, $150,000.00 Per Year
